To bring about behavioural or character change requires an understanding of the reasons ‘why, where, when and how’ change comes about. Something else, there are always consequences to consider. Commanding change can be challenging (nagging; And easy for the one driving it). However, without understanding, the reasons ‘why’ change is important, offers incentive, which promotes change.
